Winter Orange Salad
Recipe type: Breakfast, Dessert, Salad
  • Mix of Oranges (navel, cara cara, blood, clementines...)
  • Fresh Mint, leaves picked
  • Honey
  • Ground Cardamom
  1. Cut off the ends of the oranges, then use a knife to peel off the skins. Slice into rounds or segment into wedges.
  2. Arrange the fruit on a platter and intersperse with the mint leaves. Drizzle over the honey and sprinkle with a small amount of ground cardamom.
